Remodeling

When remodeling, there are often more construction trades than just Tile work.  If you are planning some major remodeling, we recommend checking out one of our general contractors.  Below are listed just some of the extra services we offer

Tearout
We will mask rooms that we are not working in to minimize the dust.  We run a portable air filter while working to help keep the dust down.  When the exit goes through a carpeted area, we either put down a plastic carpet mask that will stay until the completion of the project, or put down drop cloths that will be taken up each night.  When we get to the tearout, we either haul the remove materials to the dump, or dump them in a construction dumpster.
Heat
We will install a heated floor system under your tile that will warm up the room as well as the floor.  We recommend installing heated floors in rooms with a large quantity of tile in them, particularly on the walls.
Plumbing
We can contact a plumber to do any plumbing needed to complete the job.  Simple jobs like removing and replacing toilets are handled by D'ville members
Trim
We will install paint-grade trim.  Unfortunately, at this time we do not install crown molding.  We can prime the trim if you want, but we do not paint.
Cabinetry
We can install cabinets, and countertops.
Shower doors and glass
We can contact a glass company to make and install custom doors and windows.  If a standard door will fit, we offer installation services.
